Vlad worked in retail banking (GE Money, BCR) for 11 years as a Trainer and Project Manager.
In 2012 he founded Today You Can Do Anything community in order to help others to achieve their dreams and overcome their limits.
In 2013 he did The Mongol Rally – one of the Top 10 automotive endurance races – he drove a Peugeot 206 from London, UK to Ulaanbaatar Mongolia, covering more than 19 000 km on the road.
In 2014 he did The Mototaxi Junket – another endurance race, this time he drove a MotoTaxi in Peru.
In 2018 he drove a 1985 Ural Sidecar for 1000 km across The Baikal Lake at -35C – The Ice Run.
Together with Alex Dumbrava, they decided to bring the rowing experience on the Black Sea so this is how “Black Sea Rowing” was created.
